Delivery Policy

Vape Lab Nairobi is committed to ensuring timely and secure delivery of all orders.

  • We offer same-day(40 min) or next-day delivery(24hr) within Nairobi and selected surrounding areas, depending on order time and location.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details, including phone number and address, to avoid delays.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, Vape Lab Nairobi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect customer information.
  • Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of vape products, strict hygiene and safety standards apply.

Disposable Vapes

  • Disposable vapes are eligible for return within 24 hours of delivery only.
  • The faulty product must be presented to VapeLab Nairobi for inspection and verification.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement or store credit will be offered.
  • Products returned after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Other Vape Products (Kits, Pods, E-liquids)

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is:
  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Sealed and unopened
  • If you wish to swap or exchange a product after delivery, it must meet the above conditions. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faults, Handling & Responsibility

  • VapeLab Nairobi is not responsible for damage caused by personal mishandling, misuse, accidental drops, liquid leakage due to improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Customers must follow proper setup and usage guidelines, especially when using vape kits with higher wattage or advanced settings.
  • Incorrect coil installation, over-wicking, improper charging, or exceeding recommended wattage limits may result in device failure and is not covered under returns.

Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase may be required for all returns or exchanges.
  • VapeLab Nairobi reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • All decisions regarding faults and replacements are final after inspection.
